What parents notice
- Slouching over tablets and phones; head pushed forward
- Heavy schoolbag on one shoulder; one shoulder higher
- Back or neck aches after school or sport
- A visible curve when bending forward (worth checking for scoliosis)
What the check involves
A gentle version of the 5-Point Spine Check. Children are never adjusted the way adults are; techniques and pressure are adapted to age and size, and every step is explained to you and your child first.

Babies and toddlers
We assess babies gently and work alongside your paediatrician. If anything in the check suggests a medical issue, we refer you.
Is it safe for children?
Children are assessed and, if appropriate, adjusted with techniques and pressure adapted to their age. Nothing is done without explaining it to you first.
How often should a child be checked?
For most children a check and a re-check after three months is enough to see whether posture habits are improving.
Can siblings come together?
Yes, one family visit can cover several children.
