The 5-Point Spine Check
Visualisation, instrumentation, static palpation, motion palpation and X-ray analysis, so we see the spine before we adjust it.
X-ray analysis: see it, don’t guess
To see is to know; not to see is to guess, and we won’t guess with your spine. When your history and the first four points call for it, we refer you for an X-ray of the part that needs it, at a partner imaging centre and tell you the cost first (RM 167.50–300 with analysis). Then we go through the images with you: which discs, which level, which direction. Already have recent X-rays or an MRI? Bring them.

Common questions
How much is the first visit?
Your first visit is RM 100: a consultation and full spinal screening with an associate chiropractor (RM 200–250 with Sean Lee, our principal). If you go ahead, the first treatment covers every area of discomfort and is RM 200; follow-ups are RM 160. You pay per visit, with no package to sign. If an X-ray is needed, your chiropractor explains why and tells you the cost first.
Is there an offer if I come with someone?
Yes: the 1 + 1 “Bring someone you care for” offer. The first visit for both of you is RM 300 all in, covering a full and complete spinal screening and treatment for every area of discomfort, for each of you. It is for two new patients, with an associate chiropractor. X-ray is not included; your chiropractor decides after the full check whether one is needed and tells you the cost first.
Will I be pushed into a package?
No. You pay per visit. If you want a family plan we explain it, and you decide. Your plan is re-assessed at every visit.
Does an adjustment hurt? What is the cracking sound?
Most people feel pressure rather than pain. The sound, when there is one, is gas released from the joint. Your chiropractor explains each step before doing it.
Will I need an X-ray?
Your chiropractor decides at your first visit, from your history and the first four points of the check, and tells you why before you go. When an X-ray is needed it is taken at a partner imaging centre. Your chiropractor decides which part to X-ray; X-ray and X-ray analysis range from RM 167.50 to RM 300, depending on the part and the X-ray centre’s price. We go through the images with you before your first adjustment. If you already have recent X-rays or an MRI, bring them: they may mean you need nothing new.
Can I bring my child or my parents?
Yes. One visit can cover the family. Children and older adults are assessed gently and differently from active adults.
