Signs people describe
- Pain, swelling or limited movement in a joint
- Shoulder, elbow, wrist, knee or ankle problems after injury or overuse
How we assess it
We do not adjust where it hurts and hope. The 5-Point Spine Check looks at posture, heat differences along the spine, tissue at rest, how each segment moves and X-ray analysis where your case calls for it, which we go through with you. Gonstead chiropractors pay particular attention to the discs.
What care looks like
Specific, hands-on adjustments at the levels the check identifies, re-assessed every visit, with simple changes to make at home and at work. Your progress is checked at every visit; you are never asked to commit to a package.

Questions about shoulder, knee & joints
Can a chiropractor help with shoulder, knee & joints?
Many people with this come to us. Whether chiropractic is right for you depends on what the check finds; if it is not, we tell you and suggest who to see.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on the findings. We re-assess every visit and tell you honestly when you no longer need to come.
Should I bring my MRI or X-ray?
Yes, bring any scans and reports. They help us avoid repeating tests.
What should I do about shoulder, knee & joints?
Have it assessed before any treatment. Your chiropractor checks your spine with the 5-Point Spine Check, looks at any scans you already have, and explains whether care may help. If it is not the right fit, we say so and suggest who to see. See a doctor first if any of the signs in the red “see a doctor first” box on this page apply to you. We assess this at SS2 (+60 18-980 6331), Setia Alam (+60 17-281 6331) and Cheras (+60 12-820 6331).
